Retailers today are willing to invest in this company but I've no idea why the company is so shy to ask?
2017-08-01 16:41 | Report Abuse
With good order books. What's the problem?
Need money to expand, no need PP. Can ask retailers.
2017-08-01 16:37 | Report Abuse
This company shouldn't have or need to be a goreng up company!
2017-08-01 15:46 | Report Abuse
Another good announcement from the company will be good. Looking forward.
2017-08-01 15:44 | Report Abuse
If looking at trends than Vivo is in on uptrend. Q3'17 will show much better results.
2017-08-01 15:26 | Report Abuse
Anyway, sometimes all evaluations might not work.
We just need to leave it to the company.
So many company's in Bursa without any profits kena goreng up like nobody's business.
With Vivo, profits are coming in and projects too.
2017-08-01 15:20 | Report Abuse
Yes, Definitely Q2'17 results cannot be compared with Q2'16.
So, there's no point looking forward for this.
We can look forward for results after Q2'17 where every research house will/might come in.
2017-08-01 15:15 | Report Abuse
6055, I may be wrong but high possibility of this share flying after Q2'17 results only.
Unless no one is going to compare Q2'17 with Q2'16 (which was very good).

Franklim I hope so.
I'm fed up of companies taking PP just to sell for a quick buck.
This time PP was not taken up full, only 4 mill @ 0.126.
2017-07-31 19:43 | Report Abuse
Thanks everyone for the explanation.
2017-07-31 17:19 | Report Abuse
Thanks guys for responding. Tipipi and Justinvestor what is supposed to be a fair value of Vivo today based on future earnings and prospects?
2017-07-31 15:43 | Report Abuse
I'm not saying Vivo is a bad share to invest but does the Directors of this company share the same view when asking people to invest?
2017-07-31 15:37 | Report Abuse
That's all my reasoning for asking questions or giving my views through out my postings. Why need to push down when you're doing well?
2017-07-31 15:28 | Report Abuse
ktsk88, if you're reffing to me than you can directly use my name.
I have no interest in bashing up this share. Why should I when I still have shares in this company.
Why I bashed earlier is reasonable from my point of view.
This company is not a loss making one in the ACE market. But why push it down and for what reason.
That's all my reasoning.
2017-07-31 15:19 | Report Abuse
Sorry guys. Have some questions which I also don't have answers. Maybe some of you'll got answers.
Are the ones buying the PP in trenches or at one go?
If Vivo got not enough money to run projects than PP is one way of getting funds instead of bank borrowings.
But what's the point the ones whom bought the PP sell off to retailers to make a quick buck and retailers stuck with the shares?
2017-07-31 15:12 | Report Abuse
Just my opinion on the share holders list of this company. Aren't some of them could be proxy's instead of genuine big investors?
2017-07-31 15:04 | Report Abuse
Hopefully whomever is taking up the PP, will keep their shares instead of selling for a quick profit. Anyone got any suggestions on this probability?
2017-07-31 08:10 | Report Abuse
Good Morning everyone. Let's hope for a good show this week which will not rely on Q2'17 results but more of securing new projects.
2017-07-29 01:18 | Report Abuse
Macquarie getting any dividends?
Than why are they buying the PP?
2017-07-29 00:33 | Report Abuse
Guys, PP is being bought for what?
The party which is buying must have some benefits for buying?
Investment? Must have dividends?
Than why Macquarie bought?
2017-07-28 23:21 | Report Abuse
Hairi, don't get me wrong.
Foreign investors buying Vivo for what?
2017-07-28 23:17 | Report Abuse
Just say the 400 mill shares PP.
5 days average 10% discount.
They can make an artificial surge to catch unsuspected retailers to buy.
Between 0.01 to 0.05 profits.
For what?
For the company to get 40 million to run and for the PP buyers to make a few millions and for retailers to hold on and cut loss?
Just my question.
2017-07-28 23:09 | Report Abuse
What's the point with PP?
When they buy just to sell off for a small profit.
PP is important for whom buying so that there has to be returns for the investment they made less long term.
PP is not supposed to be a 5 day average plus 10% discount for buyers to sell and make a quick buck on behalf of retailers.
2017-07-28 22:58 | Report Abuse
Yes. Many got cought at high price and still keeping. Hoping for a better tomorrow. Why should they want to sell?
Will this company come out from their doll drums being a below par company?
2017-07-28 22:33 | Report Abuse
Yes ran. Like censof.
2017-07-28 22:04 | Report Abuse
ran777, you make sense with your statement. It's not being greedy by not selling. Most or some belived in this company moving forward and so they did. Till today I don't see this company is degrowing but progressing.
Being an ACE market counter it's doing better than others.
Many moved in for long term for their accumulation of projects and bright future of professing to MB as the Directors came out to talk about their company prospects.
But today, May be you're right for keeping high hopes and being stupid and naive when investing in Bursa.
2017-07-28 21:46 | Report Abuse
Moving forward from now on will try to give more positive inputs on this company.
2017-07-28 21:41 | Report Abuse
Yes. Enough of talking about sharks and Directors also old stories.
Let's move forward.
Hope like many others think that this stock has bottomed out.
2017-07-28 19:19 | Report Abuse
ran777, people want to invest in good a company.
How to say Vivo is a bad company with their progress and some of us made a bad move in investing in this company?
2017-07-28 15:34 | Report Abuse
Retailers, we're enticed to invest by the Director's interview that this company is moving forward.
This company is moving forward.
Share price who's manipulating and for what reason?
2017-07-28 15:28 | Report Abuse
Ran77, many retailers are stuck over here because this company came out publicly asking to invest in this company.
2017-07-28 15:26 | Report Abuse
Ran77, get real, buy low move up want to sell make a quick profit?
2017-07-28 15:24 | Report Abuse
Till today in Bursa is about manipulation. The own Directors of a company like Vivocom cannot come out and talk.
Why don't?
If I have a 2B worth of projects and generating profits, who don't want to invest? Even EPF will go in!
2017-07-28 15:19 | Report Abuse
Yes, Macquarie is taking a risk. Not exactly. If they can sell for 0.01 profits making Rm3 million. They still gain.
Who chase and buying this stock?
2017-07-28 15:13 | Report Abuse
Tahu, have you checked before this PP, Macquarie holds any shares?
2017-07-28 15:11 | Report Abuse
So many people in Bursa talk about statistics and charts. Bottomed out and supposed to move up.
Most of the time, many PP buyers sell off to retailers to make a quick buck.
Even Brahmal's company invested here earlier in this company. Made his profits and went missing.
2017-07-28 15:06 | Report Abuse
Wah. I talk so much don't I.
Got answers?
I am fed up of technical analysis or MACD crosses.
I also have no idea where or what this company wants to go with their share price?
2017-07-28 14:59 | Report Abuse
Today, with good order books and reasonable profits shown by an ACE market counter. Who doesn't want to invest?
Provide you share your profits (that's called dividends).
So, where exactly is this company? Or What exactly they want?
No point getting another 2-5B projects and price being manipulated.
What's the point to allow internal sharks to manipulate?
Isn't this company worth more?
2017-07-28 14:52 | Report Abuse
Ok. What's PP for? Yes, to raise money.
But not by selling to someone whom buys and sells for 0.01 to 0.05 profits. This is gambling/cheating, I'll leave it to you'll for your own judgment.
I asked a question earlier, why doesn't this company wants to sell their PP to retailers.
What happens if they sell to retailers.
2017-07-28 14:44 | Report Abuse
Why Directors allow their share being played below what a reasonable price for this company supposed to be.
Don't they or can they control their own share price?
2017-07-28 14:39 | Report Abuse
I also wish for this share to move up. At least a reasonable price reflecting their their order books and profits that they've been showing for the past one and half years (up/low difference every Q is normal).
Difficult to digest the fact if it's true, why manipulate.
Isn't this company worth more than 0.20 (defensive value) at present?
2017-07-28 14:32 | Report Abuse
Wherelse, Vivo is a company which is making good profits steadily.
Anyway, that's my feedback.
Good or bad comments over here will not influence in which direction this stock price wants to move.
It's up to the owners.
2017-07-28 14:28 | Report Abuse
Justinvestor. Respect your feedback.

Next question. Does Macquarie has shares of this company before PP?
If they're not allowed to sell the present PP before 18 months than they'll hold this portion and sell the one's they've been holding earlier. End of the day they still make from retailers. They also have holding power.
The above is just a hypothesis if they have shares before PP and what they can do.
I could be wrong. I'm not here to discourage anyone from buying this share. I also want to know from the Directors if it's worth investing in this company or another shark play for internal people to reap of retailers like what's happening with other counters in Bursa where there's no concrete profits but share price go up like nobody's business.

PP update is from Focus weekly.
On July 27, Vivocom announced that Macquarie Bank had subscribed 323 million shares or 10% equity of the company via PP.
Expected to raise Rm35.58 to 47.87 million for working capital and bank borrowing repayments.
The subscription price would be 5 days volume weighted average.
1) If this is done than it would have from last week high volume.
2) Not sure about whether PP bought can be sold immediately or after 18 months as someone mentioned in this forum.
3) Based on (2), If for long term than what has Macquarie to gain from this company? If immediately sold from their 10% discount than they make money.
Please do own calculation. 323 million shares bought @ 0.135,
Sold for 0.01 profits @ 0.145 (if). Profit around Rm3 million.
2017-07-26 22:07 | Report Abuse
Today who dare to buy the PP of this company and keep for future?
The own Directors also wouldn't.
So. Don't Chase.
2017-07-26 22:02 | Report Abuse
For once leave this company alone and see where/how they're going to generate money to handle their projects.
So, tomorrow if get another new 2B project, another PP?
2017-07-26 21:58 | Report Abuse
Ha. Ha. PP sell to greedy retailers chasing.
This shark directors have their calculation where to trap retailers.
But today sorry, the company has no money to substaintiate their order books.
Let them go to the bank to borrow.
Why need to invest over here?

This company Directors are manipulating retailers.
Get real.
They cannot do anything anymore even they get another 1B projects.
Who's going to finance?

This company needs money for expansion.
How much will the PP supposed to raise?
Is it enough?
PP was/is being bought for the company to raise money.
10% discount for PP buyers.
Is there a restriction today that PP buyers cannot sell after acquiring?
End of the day the PP buyers can sell for 0.01 profits.
PP buyers not necessary long term investors.
