Can't say anything much for an upward movement until there's progress in new order book. The sand deal, if confirmed than most likely can see going up. But keep in view, some insiders will already know earlier than Retailers. So, for them, accumulating earlier at a lower price is an advantage.

Don't keep too high hopes with this counter. It can go either way. Depends on how the Sharks wants to play. They can do one day shows catching day traders for a few cents profit.
