"tang tang是的，au在6月17号的时候有announced待有8万lot arbb的母股，母股待有总合比例在六月的时候是6.29%，而在这个月尾因为有大量的pa转换去母股，今天母股量已经达到161.3m share了，而au手上还是待有着那个8万lot arbb 的母股，只是在今天后他的待有比例因为母股量增加多，导致他待股比例下降至4.96%，触动到bursa规定的5%以下或以上都必须通告咯，从今天的通告来看，au还是继续待有着那8万lot，代表这几天大量pa的转换去母股不是他，那到底又是谁那么大量的pa转换去母股呢！


还有点大家可以注意，在六月通告里有说明au待有pa 的direct 19%和indirect 11%总合是待有30%，而在今天通告里让我们看到au还是待有着那8万lot母股，并沒有增加或减少，而他待有pa 30%只要在open market一卖，立刻大家就会在announcement看到他卖pa。"
