Yes, most people will think that way. So it’s really up to shareholders. If they are also warrantholders, not a problem. Complication comes when warrantholders are not shareholders. It’s not your money, and u can bargain, but u know there’s always a limit to everything.

Actually u have to see which party has got more to lose. Shareholders is the ultimate decider. If they see it that it’s too expensive. They can always pull the plug, i keep my cash, u can keep ur warrants all u want.
In that situation, who is losing more? Do u think it’s shareholders? It’s us the warrantholders...
That’s the reality of the situation....like it or not.

U can see from registrar, from there clear pix...lol...yg takut are those speculators.....if the warrantholders are shareholders, less of a problem.....still, shareholders will say, shud i give my money to warrantholders who dont hold any shares.....nahhhhh, keep it for myself better lah...

I’ll just wait only...n perhaps nego a bit, but not be seen as ridiculous, must be tactful...because to be fair, if i look from shareholders point of view, why shud i agree to restructure if it is too expensive....for them it’s their money....rather than pay to warrantholders, might as well i pay myself...and wait lorr....
People may dislike with my statement, but that’s the reality. Like it or not....up to us.

Shareholders will say, hmmm not worth lah this restructuring, better keep the money to myself...thanks to warrantholders for their suggestion...now we can see more money in extra dividend, nothing to go to non shareholders....bye bye

Wait and vote against lorrr. So called win-win situation. Shareholders can get extra dividends this time, and warrantholders get to keep their out of the money watrants.....
Hahahaha......

Nvm lah, no need to restructure, better shareholders keep the money for special dividend to themselves.....lol. Good idea from us warrantholders

If i’m the shareholders, aiyah, let it be lah, better keep the money and pay myself extra dividends. Who cares about restructuring if i can get extra by it not jalan. Lol

But from legal perspective they dont have the obligation to pay, that’s why the law provide u an avenue to vote. But same with all things in this world, if you choose something there’s always a risk attached with it.
Say the mgt decided to not compensate, and we voted no, meaning we are taking the risk of foregoing the 38sen, and bimb is taking the risk of delaying restructuring. The law give both parties a choice to make.

I mean everyone wants to have the most acceptable solution. If voting no wouldnt stop the restructuring, meaning, there’s no impact to the whole scheme.
N once restructuring done, will WA of the old BHB still intact, or it wont be there anymore?
If it will stop the whole restructuring scheme, meaning WA Is intact, but the price might reduce and holders have 2 years to hope for mother share price to reach rm5.
Just that part of clarification. If not, everyone will vote blindly and getting none in the end, no point also.

WA will stay and hopefully price can climb to rm5 for mother share if that is the case. However, will price collapse if there are votes against?
My worry is, price will collapse, even WA stays, exercising it before expiry may not be a reality due to flat share price. Which in return will be reflected in WA price as well.

But it doesnt mention that in the SOA? Will that be the case, in the case event of no go?
2021-03-08 09:16 | Report Abuse
Meaning the BHB warrants as we know now will no longer exist upon transfer of listing?
2021-03-08 08:28 | Report Abuse
Even if we block the SOA, and say it will block the whole thing, still the warrant price will collapse, right? And end up with nothing?
2021-03-08 07:09 | Report Abuse
Meaning, the restructuring jalan even the warrant holders vote no for SOA?
Ic, even worse. Something or nothing situation.

Both can also lose, but who will lose more unfortunately....,lol
Just like in pandemic, no winners, but who will lose the lesser that counts.
If i were shareholders, i wouldnt care less. If u vote no, i’ll just keep my money, what’s there to lose, maybe no restructuring. But i get to keep my money still, not losing or pay for something that is expensive.
