Exactly, if they are holding at this point, means they are confident SIR will likely clear... if they sell altogether, price will plunge to 0.005 in minutes. but that also means they would have lost money entrusted to them for investment... that's a huge responsibility on their part to invest smartly.

I like your optimism Mabel.... not worried about a bad SIR or QR....u have absolute faith in SD management... good.

This is a poor choice to earn fast money...u should trade stocks in the top volume list early in the morning....hit and run opportunities plenty there everyday.

Logically speaking, if I were one of the new non exec directors and I see dishonest practice, I will resign straight away... still wait for QR to be out and be sitting duck? Thus, one sign of confirming dishonesty in SD is when both of the newly appointed non exec directors resign suddenly.... maybe then the sell calls here are justified.

Let's see if the QR shows huge discrepancies in the figures.

If QR is going to be out first, followed by SIR... means E&Y still can play the checking role... if the QR "looks normal" with no drastic changes to the figures post KPMG flagging issues, then SIR will likely have no issues too... just my opinion.... but coming QR will be scrutinized.
