Every angle u look at finding a solution... there's none....RIP....a bitter pill to swallow for institution and retail holders.

Good point... why do they choose to default payment and jeopardize any future financing after being downgraded by rating agencies. How could it complete the projects in hand and secure future projects? Sure looks like it's doomed.

The 2 high calibre INEDs were supposed to be able to help SD in their lawsuit strategies.... but failed.. so they have no choice but to resign with some strong departing words....Karim and Kadier have no advisors now.... don't think they'll have court ruling in their favour... looks like AR won't be out this month too... the window to salvage themselves is closed.
