Another info packed slides, where they plan to develop marigold and sunflower field by 2023. And expect to reach more than 23,000bbl /day.
But their mission is to achieve 20,000bbl /day by 2021, hmmm. and they seems dont have a sound plan to achieve their mission

So they will need some as a backup as well in case any unplanned event happen. And especially we are talking maintenance on north sabah and new drilling activities happening at both north sabah and anasuria

Titus, check back anasuria early of last year, the online time can be disrupted sometimes by malfunction. I remember is around 65% online and anasuria actually almost unable to offload and luckily inventory is enough to cover the offtakes

If hibiscus 4 offtakes this quarter then basically no inventory left. This is a dangerous move where if let say next quarter, production down then hibiscus will have issue on filling up the tanker

This is to smooth out the up and down on each quarters so can report a more stable earnings per quarter.

teoct, i doubt the labuan crude oil terminal's capacity is divided by 50% stake.
it is managed by hibiscus, but the tanks are allocated for each different oil field. Where thus once it reach certain volume, it will required to perform offtake.

Hi Titus,yes, the author is right. Hibiscus should see Yearly basis rather than quarterly basis.
There will be some up and down on quarters result due to different offtake amount. And i believe management is actively arranging so that it will be average 3 offtakes per quarters so it leads a more steady earning reports.

By the way, NS is labuan crude which sold at same price of kimanis. which i remember is 5.3 - 5.5 usd/bbl premium now.

By the way, as mention before. Both NS and anasuria actually producing more oil now, but people only care they earn less because of lower oil price. But in term of sales, it is actually growing

When oil price slump, the price of hibiscus will open red but at the end close unchanged.

Actually we can see it in a good way. More IDSS, then more likely big boys wanna push the price up. Coz they dont wan idss to earn money from them. Haha

I am not sure why the crowds think that hibiscus can intentionally store and sell it when brent price increase. Which is absolutely wrong.
There is a limit capacity of thier tank, so whenever it is full, it had to offtake and sell it. It can controlled but really not that much. Imagine your pail is filling with water under a tap, when the pail full are u going to let it over flow?
The recent higher inventory is because the recent quarter fill up 1 tanker but not enough for another tanker thus have to wait for it to fill up before offtake again.
Nobody wanna pay a full trip money for a half fill tanker coz it is not economical.
So dont pandai pandai say hibiscus intentionally store it so can sell higher price
