Genting gearing is quite high currently. If you trust the management, it should turn the high gearing to a favorable profit. If you don't trust, sell la lol

SGD 1.85 is quite close to RM8/GB share lol

IMO selling GenS at RM4 per share is not a good deal to minorities
GB NTA may grow to RM12, but any capital returns that LKT would approve, will not be worth the share price reduction post sales of GenS
Unless of course, MGM pays a big premium of say RM8 per share, then there is hope capital return of >RM1, while GB share price will reduce by only say RM0.50

After selling, GB price will be slashed too

Doesn't seem like a good deal. Don't think LKT will give capital return of even RM1

GenS has about 12b issued shares

If MGM pays SGD1 per share, means price is SGD12b
Assuming Genting owns 50%, that would be worth SGD6b, or roughly MYR19b
GB has about 3.9b issued shares, so about MYR4.85 per share lol

Project ability to make money is the hardest to gauge
If a project sells well, maybe because they had to throw price
Also hard to gauge the costs associated

It is near the Covid lows la, the mental breakdown low of 62 cents on 20th March 2020, subsequently around 69 cents in Oct 2020
But as they say, there's no lowest, only lower

For me, Taurx is still unknown
Yeah, there's some positive light, but there's still many unknowns
I would keep it as a bonus for now
Bear in mind, the costs associated could be huge as well, say the variable cost margin is $20, final income to Taurx could be only $5 after deducting associate fees, multiple party interests and etc etc
20% of that is only $1
I'm not going to put a price on Taurx for now, until someone can show the true accounting. The potential TP can remain just a potential.

I get excited from news, perhaps even make some small trades on GB. But since I hold long term, I get impacted lesser by short term trading
