Lets talk facts and reality. It seems to be getting more complicated. There are 7 chinese state conttrolled entities that have submitted proposals now. This is crazy.

All im saying is there are 3 state owned companies from China competing with each other. Who is most likely to win? CREC, China State Construction or China Resources ? Is it still safe to say that CREC has high likelihood of winning?

I thought China State Construction and China Resources are also bidding? Both are also state owned. What are the chances of them also winning?
