Stupid comment or not, the fact remains someone is at loss. in this case the creditor. As Looiks mentioned probably creditor paid off with cash or shares..Where did the cash from, from thin air? Or is the share issued free without any cost or the cost borne by other shareholders??.. Nothing disaapears unless you practice bad accounting..."You help me, I help me!!"

It is professional bullsh*t calling a write off as waiver. By changing management team the creditor is short changed and forced to accept to provide a waiver because there is no other means of collecting them back. On another note the creditor is hard up to have continued business with this dubious company.
