Based on previous SP Setia and Ecoworld results, this should be another prospect for good return...it's just matter of time for property market to recover. Any price below IPO is reasonable...

personal think it is good counter and with cash rich in hand. company just bought land for expansion. Observe for quite awhile n share price ard this range no big fluctuation. Perhaps waiting for time to boost...
