After paying 14 cents dividend, distribute bjtoto share and convert into bjcop at 30 cents.... I don't mind..... Offer close the NTA 82 cents plus balance 14 cents from the disposal of 4 seasons hotel.

I believe he will delist bjland after the one off dividend and relist it in Singapore.

If what claimed by VIncent Tan was true, the disposal of 4 seasons hotel, kyoto can generate one off profit at US350 million or Rm1. 4 billion.
That's equate to EPS of 28 cents for bjland. Vincent will distribute 14 cents to the existing shareholder of which he got the most!!
