With a proper term loan, MBSB or Bank Rakyat, or BSN, or whatever, one only needs to pay a fixed monthly instalment. Period. Which one does, becoz one has already budgetd for it.

No forced selling, no shhit.

One can play or invest in peace. And sleep in peace.

But one can't do that with margin money. Whatever you pledge as your margin collateral, whetehr it's cash or stock, if what you play or invest has incurred paper loss equivalent to a certain % of your margin money that you've used to play/invest, you HAVE TO sell. To cover those losses.

And what does that mean? REAL losses. FORCED, REAL, LOSSES.

Of course. If hv RM100 mil invested, and my paper loss comes to RM25 mil, all I need to do is hold and wait for price to recover. No need to cut loss, i.e. sell at LOSS.

But if my capital is only 200k, how could I make paper loss of RM25 mil. That is simply IMPOSSIBLE. If you are capable of understanding even the SMPLEST and MOST BASIC of arithmetic, then you might be able to appreciate this fact.

I was just testing your arithmetic ability. But obviously, you don't seem to hv much of it.
