I have caution many people to cash out and take profit but rather was being accused of making a bad remarks.Now sure many is heavily injured and depreciate in profit margin.Greed will make one hunger and loss some common sense in making judgement.I habe seen almost many irrational thoughts that have wounded many without recovering
In share market no one know what will happen coz u dont own the shares.Its a purely price mivement & speculation based on news and certain event.You r not the market maker.Syndicate is controlling every single price movement.Remember the Banker always win.!Pity for those who rely so much on news..This is the consequences...

Aiyo DH.....RI won't happen this year lah I think.......Suma can't be asking money from public every year.......Bursa will not allow this.......best option to raise immediate funds is thru private placement (which just recently completed) .....don't know whether Bursa will approve another PP....Suma has to have solid reasons to exercise PP ...not this year.....perhaps next year.......

Hopefully PN17 exit is achieved early, well before RI is confirmed, IF RI is confirmed ... In which case, this could be my tentative exit plan ... I hv to finalise it with my remisier, BTW ...

I'll try to get the best price for my WB around three weeks before deadline for acceptance of RI offer ... after which, normally the price starts gradually sliding down in anticipation of new adjusted price post-RI ...

As in the last RI, for example, best price was 80, and minimum price immediately before deadline was around 50 ...

Then I will think and decide whether to accept RI or not ...

If I decide to accept RI, then I will buy back Mother at best low price just before deadline, using 20 - 25% of my then available capital, assuming that next RI will be on basis of $ Rights shares for 1 existing share (just for eample). The rest of my cap I will use to pay for the Rights shares ... Then I will also get a substantial amount of free new WC Warrants, hopefully ...

But if I decide NOT to take up RI, then I will just wait until RI exercise is completed, then I will use all my cap to buy new WC Warrants ...

A remisier does not always know everything ... And they cannot focus on only a few stocks, coz they hv to cover all their clients' stocks ... They can be quite kelabu asap in the head, if I'm to be completely honest ... LOL

So, as an investor, one has to keep one's own eyes and ears open all the time ... co-investor friends can provide initial leads ... Google can also be one's good friend ...

My own remisier still has Sumaphobia to this day, for reasons best known only to himself ... he does not mind doing the 'buy high, sell higher' thing with other stocks, not always profiting mind you, but he is just scared stiff of Suma ... I hv been trying to persuade him to buy some Suma for almost a year, but all in vain ...

I was fortunate I hv a brother working in PETRONAS ... I hv heard of Suma doing projects or deals in Sudan before, but he was the one who first told me about HS' turnaround plan for Suma ... In the end, I am the one now holding 1,010 big lots (some time ago 1,250 big lots) of Suma WB, while he has only dared to buy and keep 200 big lots of Suma Mother ...

When she cashed out, she made RM185k ... I don't know how many lots she was on, so I can't do the exact calculation ... But she got out at 54 ...

Anyway, supposing she was playing 500 big lots, let's just say, if she had waited to sell today at 62, she would hv made RM40k more ... And that is no chicken feed ...
