News 2 days ago, KNM mentioned when 2nd phase of Impress Ethanol is completed, they can produce 300k litre/day.
Also mentioned in the news, the growth of ethanol demand will increase from 2.4% (yr2019) to 3.2% (yr2021).

Actually, I agree with you. The management has been using ESOS tactic many many times already. A lot of money has been siphoned into their pockets...no wonder no dividend given since 2011.

New CEO Mr. Tan Koon Ping is currently holding 4mil KNM shares.
Mdm Gan has acquired another 30mil shares via ESOS.
She sold 50mil shares to open market about RM0.22 (2/7) & now acquired 40mil shares (15/7) & 30mil shares (21/7) via ESOS @RM0 11.
I am wondering is this the way she makes profit?

With reference to the annual reports, just realised that the 2 major shareholders of KNM in Mar 2019, Ms. Diana Chua & Mr. Pui Cheng Wui are no longer the THIRTY LARGEST SHAREHOLDERS (as per Record of Depositors as at 21 May 2020)

Could be due to IDSS players...they are trying to press down the price...i believe it will surge after the QR is out at the end of Feb or new project announcement...
