This busineess Datuk is no deal on behalf of Minetech.

Rumour has it that Dato' Dr Ir TS Mohd Abdul Karim Bin Abdullah and Datuk Awang Daud Awang Putera (both founders of Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd) are in talks with the major shareholder of KNM with the intention to takeover KNM

Please no spread fake news that this deal will benefit Minetech. It will benefit Serba Dinamik only.

If news on Mintech and KNM is good enough share price should break 0.355 (year high)
