I believe warrant will be cheap. Pls refer to my calculation earlier. On the bonus portion, if bonus is 10:1 that means 10/11 times the last price (VWAP when it happens) approx 90% multiply the last price. So if last price is y = VWAP = > 2.90+X = assuming 3.2 then the price Is 2.88 after bonus issued base on almost 10% dilution

This one will see fireworks according to the logic of price for conversion computed by AMMB.

Premium = ((2.90+x) -y)/y

Where 2.90 is exercise price, x=warrant price , y = mother price

Criteria for warrant to be attractive or deem cheap, premium must be as low as possible, y must be equal or higher than 2.90+x. Current price of mother (y) is 2.49. Either AMMB will be wrong or the price of mother will move up soon above 2.90 to make the warrant attractive

The gearing example I gave gives a preview of mileage need to get to the mother share however the premium gives you a preview of the how cheap is the warrant. The lower the premium means cheaper warrant. In the same way mother was quite stagnant while the warrant was zooming much ahead.i remember when mother was stagnant at 1.57 warrant already zoom pass 70cents even looking from layman without calculating we know base on the offer of 1.60/60 mother/warrant it is moving too fast without a concrete offer.
