Sjsoon, there 2 sale, one on the Mall and Office and the other is the land in Iskandar. The Iskandar land may not help Tropicana unless they announce Danny will inject in more money.

Pat, I have no doubt on this counter just as was said by many, but the announcement of late is poor. If you read their web site, I would say their website is one of the best I have seen in terms of look, branding and information content & information filling. This together with the chart of the growth Revenue and Net Income, would attract many investor & traders alike...........and more so for the to target rm2 Billion Sales on the back of rm 3 billion worth launches. See it fr chart to have the feel. Very very good and all the rest is on Yau to convert........the GDV now. So I don't blame some for being unhappy with the lack of announcement.

Technically road block not big......if the intent to clear the road block is there, 1.2 Million shares on sellers table is not really a big deal. What they want is to close high. So if they come they have to make sure they close high. Similarly the next 4 days after that if happen today.(b4 dividen) they have to pick good time because no rest after that. Let watch 4.30pm

Hi Grandma, your statement makes most sense. As it gets close to the calendar closing Dec and fiscal closing Mar, this has to be done quickly. June was the initial date for STP 2 confirmation this year and I am also receiving a lot of information on the 760 acres focus residence and commercial......so your approval 2 may mean also a proper township planning together with the Gurney-Lebuhraya Tun Lim Chong Eu bypass and the other Lebuhraya Tun Lim Chong Eu - Bandar Aye Itam bypass.......together with other smaller planning.

And Yes it may not be as favorable for STP2 in representation by Sime for approval, also I hear mainly the connection still too strong to Cimb broking the deal which CM does not like.
