I don't really follow the list by EPF other than the industry they are cashing in. Reason being their buys are all stack.
Eg. They buy at 1, 1.4 , 1.8 . When you thought you buy at 1.4 following them they would have sold those bought at 1.00 and so on. They have privy via their channels on the end game.

That's why in the case of Tropicana I am saying their 2.2% placement is already a trade off and u notice the tropicanas own buy back is focus at 1.87 majority where possible. I have already explain on own buy back . The rest I believe u have to see to believe for ur self.
Have a thought, placement at 1.78, buy back concentrated mostly at 1.87.......something has been put on the table.

Even scale ie the 45/55 odds are good if you know where the balancing point is. This may tip the scale to closer 50%. Tropicana balancing point is 1.87. If it really goes down below that, the chance of rebound is high base on the same odds.

Let me search first......

From what I see, Tropicana has good land in terms of psf and maybe because a lot condo......

From what I can gather here, He thinks 2.2% shares placement is a trade off. He kept saying trader ref to Danny ( I think) that how the GDV for a small Landbank is so high....

Pls don't follow me, I only read from the news and share what some ppl here say. After take credit too much pressure.....better just follow and decide for ourselves......

If he had sold at 2.2x and bought back at 1.80 (he said he wanted to buy back) he made each one he has 40+ cents which translated to rm 400+ each 1000 unit. Assuming he sold 100,000 units he made 40k just on 30% of his total. And if goes up to 2.2x he made 80k already just on the same 30%. I am guessing only.....

The drop I check was down to 1.74 meaning a 50 cent drop.....

The 2.24 to 2.19 is not the big drop he mention, it was few days after that......

I don't think the above was crypted.....plain English ..... I am trying to really understand to apply for Tropicana.....

The other thing I check....the below was on 30 May and u can see 30 May Open 2.24 and end at 2.19. How did he know there was going to be a big drop....???? Oracle? Kakakakaka

Looks like another 500 a piece between the 4 GKs....making the 2 Mill volume Out of the 6mil. Fourth consecutive day of buying. It would be crazy as an investor like GK to buy daily at the same limited range if still no movement.

tommylou Firstly i do not own any of these shares. My answer is impartial. Unfortunately I did not observed this for myself. I only just read it in CP Teh remarks and some of the remarks in the forum

If its true, it happened in the last 10 minutes (as claim by Teh) to these 6 counters, and the high % in the drop as seen, Bursa and Securities Comission must give an answer.

Bursa must give an answer because they provide the platform and must ensure the platform is safe
As for Sec Commission, they are the governing body to prevent foul play. If Come Monday, the price is not regulated back, they must answer for the discrepancies. This also ensures that players in the market understands how a situation like this can happen and players can observe and mitigate their risk.

My comment is such because it happen to 6 counters and not just 1 or 2 and it happen in a short period even I miss it.

I don't agree it's block selling simply because it happen so fast. Block selling won't affect the market (many owners and big players do this) unless there are ppl specific observing this already during the last 10 minutes. By right they should not even know this is happening so how did it plunge?
