MRT will connected to JB before year 2018, and train final destination from yunan is also at JB .. For those Malaysian ppl work in Singapore can afford to buy singapore apt, HDB no chance, what will be their best choice to stay with MRT connected ?

If commercial unit, I prefer JB town and KEMPAS, near train station area .. You may do some research before get in..

Why Iskandar ? Why landed property ...
Make it simple
1) Iskandar is next to singapore , Just like Shenzhen next to Hong Kong .. The advantages of the location , nowadays a lot of Singaporean rent out their condo and Apt in Singapore, as their rental can get sgd2500 per month/apt, just for 4rooms HDB flat, if convert to MYR, is equally rm7k now, their can rent a landed property in Iskandar and JB easily, after deduct rental, still have a lot of living. Expenses to spend..that's why why Singaporeans keep coming to JB to stay ...

2) a lots of our Malaysian didn't know that , only Malaysia govt allow foreigner to have landed property in Malaysia , even though the govt already increased their purchased price to 1 million , just a 'sha sha Sui ' to them , other than Malaysian, the country nearby us do not allow to own landed property for the foreigner , especially individual investors.

Land will become lessens and leases,MYR IS BECOME SMALLER AND SMALLER due to currency depreciation..the only thing to against inflation rate is ONLY property. That's why rich ppl became richer..

For me, don't expect JB ISKANDAR landed property will down , just slow down a bit, but before 1 April 2015, it will pick up due to VAT tax 6%..

From the past history, singapore property is flying about 8-10times high before VAT and after VAT with 10 years ... What do u think abt Malaysia property ?

The best chance is in end year,now is at sideways ....

When a lots of ppl don't look good while horizon hills was start in Iskandar , I went in to buy , after few later, Iskandar project became hot cakes, my property returns can drive to few hundred %, and now, i still think Iskandar is another Shenzhen,
If you went back to Hong Kong and Shenzhen property history, you will noticed that Iskandar is just similar with them, just time consumed ..
But if you wanna to invest, landed property is the best choice..not apt and condo..

LA Is the LOAN STOCK, similar with warrant, but loan stock with interest , L&G LA conversion price is 0.13 , in that moment , L&G mother traded at 0.36, but LA only traded @0.22~0.225'. If I bot LA @ 0.225, just add up 0.13 , then can convert to mother shares liao..if I not 200 k LA @ 0.225 , and convert to mother share, I can earned 0.05 sen, 200k can earned 1k, if I didn't convert into mother share, L&G still have to give me 1% interest??but mother don't...

I bot MKH, UOA last year, but already took profit, that's why I keep holding TN share till now, I know this shares will hit <rm2.00 easily, I already calculated their incoming profit for the next 3 years ...ha..ha..
