MYEDGE was incorporated in Malaysia on 7 May 2019 as a private limited company under the Companies Act 2016. The issued share capital of MYEDGE is RM1,000 comprising of 1,000 ordinary shares. The Director of MYEDGE is Encik Md Radzi Bin Din. The shareholders of MYEDGE are G3 Global Berhad (70%) and DreamEdge Sdn. Bhd. (30%). 

The intended principal activities of MYEDGE will be provision of Artificial Intelligence Solutions.
