The difference between Estimated Value and Actual Value had exceeded 10% was due to Perisai Group had changed its financial year end from 31 December 2016 to 30 June 2017. If got new contracrt,the money will be use to pay old debts.perisai need to clear debt first before the price shoot up.Just hope Opec and US shale can reach a aggrement to cut output. Otherwise ,the one dying will be small investor like us .

The day is coming

Parisian or european prefer to walk or take tram or metro instead of driving car. For long journey they prefer to take flight or high speed train eg train italia ,thalys, eurostar etc. u can see their car most of times idle at the car park.So petroless or electric car wont have much effect on the petrol or the global oil production.perhaps i may wrong.
