Of course NetX can only drop 25% at the very least, when it drops, becos it is a 2 sen stock.

It cannot drop 5%, 10%, 15% or 20%, but only 25%, simply becos there is no other intermediate price between 2 sen & 1.5 sen.

I never see you coming to say, 'Wow, up 20%' on a day that NetX closes at 2.5 sen

TDM in around October was a great example of this bow or catapult phenomenon.

After many months hovering around the 18.5 to 21 range, it dived down to 16.5 for few days. I guess not a few panicky holders jumped ship.

The rest is now history. Went on to peak at 44.5 in December.

I have observed not a few times also that, just before a strong upspike , a stock might in fact go down a bit, just for a while.

Just like someone is pulling back the string of a bow or the elastic band of a catapult, before loosing the arrow or the catapult missile. In order that the arrow or catapult missile is imbued with maximum flying power at the moment of loosing.

One time honoured investing rule:

Do not succumb to the herd mentality. You know what happens to a cattle herd, when one starts running. The whole herd runs.

If the first one runs down a steep ravine, the test will just follow.
