We initiate coverage on Kelington Group Bhd with a target price of RM0.55. We pegged our target price at 11x 2015F PE (with EPS of 5 sen) which is +0.5 standard deviation above its historical mean. We envisage the Group is back in business with its strong earnings rebound this year backed by promising semiconductor and healthcare industries outlook which lead to more new jobs win. Fundamentally, we like Kelington’s unique business model which is a provider of Ultra High Purity (UPH) gas and chemical delivery solutions in the region that is not well represented in any companies listed under Bursa Malaysia. We also impressed by its strong presence in overseas, managed to secure sizeable contracts in competitive markets such as China, Taiwan and Singapore.

Potential Double digit growth.
