The global rubber and plastics manufacturer Semperit, after acquiring Profit in 2013, emerged as the second largest glove manufacturer in the world, only after the top gloves; in the same year, Profit also announced its delisting.
The news told an English-language daily that the top glove is high in this acquisition because of its huge resources and its current market value is RM 42 billion.
