Have you read their response? It matter how their response and they should response to auditor not to shareholder!
What I read in their response is all target to misled shareholder

Another magic is, EY come in and their findings is not as per KPMG's claimed.

1) everyone following this case read this presentation? It’s only SD version. KWSP believe?
2) KPMG Malaysia doesn’t have to personally go to Bahrain… they are allowed to use KPMG Bahrain. Not only KPMG Bahrain.. even 3rd party credit assessor worldwide.
3)Before matter blew up, why SD didn’t appoint 3rd party reviewer? Even matter blew up, didn’t do it? Cos afraid ?
4)EY agreed to be new auditor ?
5) Do you think KPMG will defend this in court if they are wrong? They would have bend backwards after getting sued and be a lap dog

I wonder how the story will go from here. SD appoint EY. They move the financial year to 31st Dec. Quietly do the audit and soon everyone forgets about this and then SD hover around this level for some time to buy them time to sweep things under the carpet....if there is any la....then ....BOOM.......to the sky?

The guy who resigned is not the chairman and happens to have similar name.

But this is still not a good sign and this is still not the end.
