Market has to mob up the xcess shares from weak shareholders, then will go up. The same thing happened to GasM, many sold at rm2.6 and rm2.7 because fed-up with this counter. Eventually, it performs better than IHH (supposed to be growth stock)...capital gain of 90% just above one year.

coco65, Chinese New Year rally! GasM and IHH took about one year to go beyond rm1 profit margin. Westport and UMW o&G are in the same boat!

Westport is a yield stock but not the same as GasM because GasM is still growing from time to time. UMWoil is a growth stock but not as robust as IHH. IHH ada operations di Turki, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong...Hari2 ada orang kaya sakit mah. Jadi Westport susah naik sebanyak GasM dan UMWoil susah naik tinggi macam IHH.

bachok alwee, Sheridan Sulik Suleiman & kobar...tak kisahlah dari Benut, Pontian, Skudai, Kangkar Pulai, Pekan Nanas dll, yang penting kita sama-sama kongsi maklumat dan leh buat duit daripada saham. Ada duit lebih, pegang lama sikit UMW Drilling dan Westport, berpeluang naik macam Gas Malaysia dan IHH. PNB, TH, KWAP pasti tidak sanggup lihat saham Westport tu rendah...mereka nak laporan akhir tahun Kaw Kaw. Ada sesiapa boleh share info pasal Hubline?...saja nak cari duit poket utk Deepavali. HeHeHe.

U're right Kobar. Lihat apa dah jadi dengan Gas Malaysia dan IHH...banyak orang kata overprice. Bila depa dah accumulate cukup dan result syarikat cantik, harga terus naik. Banyak kata Gas Malaysia dividend yield stock, harga susah naik...hanya boleh harap dividend saja. Hasilnya, pulangan Gas Malaysia (dalam 90%, iaitu dari RM2200 ke RM4170)...lebih baik daripada IHH (growth stock: RM2800 ke RM4170). Westport pun yield stock!
