@Newkid ... Manufacturing gloves is easy job, but maintaining the quality n specifications is a tough job, it requires many technical know-how ... One example is, the hand gloves mole needs to be thoroughly clean from stains after the dipping process, bcos the dipping n removing of gloves from the mole would leave behind some stains, if those stains not removed then the subsequent gloves would fall short of quality n specifications ... To remove those stains required some special type of chemical, currently it's proprietary own by a retired UKM professor ... U can't simply use conventional stain removal ... Hope my little knowledge can help u ... Cheers ...
