If the major shareholder or substantial shareholders see what had happened to Dnex recently, huge shares being snap up everyday ... they would worry someone acquire enuf stake to threaten their position n control of the company ... what would they do to protect their interest ? ... surely married deal to strengthen their position n control of the company ... or joining others by appointing proxy to acquire more shares from open market ... well, this is only my opinion n assumption ... happy investing ... cheers ...
