SC and Bursa know so called "news spreading"..just no one actively report to them so minimal action can be taken. I believe they will take action if they receive report. Let the authorities decide whether someone is in violation of law. All comments here will serve as evident.

John, you are the one who commented before it should go to RM5. Why now change to "A lot of people say"?

Opinion: SC and Bursa will need to involve to check on those who spreading news here as someone keep telling everyone there will be amazing news.

1. If there is really news coming out, means that person knows material nonpublic information and his action by spreading the news before news being published is against the law. Management will need to explain why such information is being leaked out.

2. If nothing happen, means that person is spreading false news with intention to mislead ppl and to inflate share price. Violating law as well.

MCMC will need to involve as well to check the source and to locate him so that action will be taken.
