This company is different from SD ( Serba) where the founder, Dr.K doesnt want to ditch the company because
of sentimental value and he is still claiming "no foul play" as at to date ( He should know better) but every one thought otherwise. Dr.K is putting its head inside the hole like an ostrich as if nothing was happening outside. On the other hand, RGB has been ditched by all its co-founders who run like ostriches faster than anyone else. To make matter worst, the compony is now in the wrong hand of the group up to no good.... so pathetic..

In order to secure full control ,the mafia group is believed to continue to collect cheap( their investment)using funding from 3rd parties legal or otherwise.Once they are in full control ,they will rip apart the assets of the company and exhaust the cash ( the co is said to have ton of cash available) through " shenanigan deals" where funds siphoned would be used to repay their investments. It sounds like a perfect plot,doesn't it?

So do you believe that they care for the prospect of the company? The company is expected to be a penny stock forever ,leaving the investors holding the worthless paper in despair in the end.
