How can you not blame George Kent for the delay?

The biggest culprit is the man who has the power to award the contract without open tender. Without open tender the contractor can easily mark up the price and share the additional money with whoever has the power to award the contract.

Yes TA/FA good. Didn't I say offensive is good? So is Toyota better than BMW? On maintanence and and reliability is a stronger yes but performance goes to BMW right? So when better times 2012 to 2015(1st Q) BMW sales was going up while toyota sales was affected. If TA/FA are the only criteria for offensive and defensive play, Toyota shud win all the way TA-/FA while BMW shud win base on TA. In reality it's not.

In reality it depends on the country's financial climate. For example 2016 BMW and imported cars or car parts will increase and so will the Car! With bank loan more stringent and cars cost more, do you think it will sell better?

Ayoyo is correct. Many foreign workers especially myammar and Filipinos are leaving. At this exchange rate, their family is getting lesser money sent home. This is exactly what happened in Phillipines during Marcos time.so the Filipinos are getting double whammy. Malaysian are tasting it the first time
