油價暴跌 巴菲特抄底石油資產？

新浪財經訊 北京時間12月14日上午消息，巴菲特旗下伯克希爾周五收盤后宣佈將從Arsenal Capital Partners收購Charter Brokerage，具體內容未予披露。據伯克希爾，Charter是服務於石油和化工行業的第三方物流提供商。

巴菲特稱：“Charter有高質量的業務，財務表現一貫強勁，非常適合加入伯克希爾大家庭。”

黑石集團董事長施瓦茨曼周四也稱，現在或是投資能源業的最好時機。

施瓦茨曼稱：“有很多企業以很高的代價借了很多錢，它們將需要更多的資金。一些企業將會進行重組，一些將會被淘汰。這將會是許多年來最好的機會。”

美國凱雷投資集團創始人魯賓斯坦(David Rubenstein)10日也表示，他認為能源行業現在比未來5至10年可能更有吸引力。他稱，“現在是投資能源業的良機，油價現在尚未觸及底部，可能還會在一段時間維持在較低水平。”

周五美國原油價格暴跌4.1%，6月以來跌幅超過40%，埃克森美孚等石油公司股價重挫，股價周五收盤跌3%，六個月來跌幅高達16% 。

巴菲特不久前剛剛以47億美元買金霸王電池。《福布斯》認為，這項交易可能是出於看好消費電池市場的一次押注，金霸王電池在該領域中已經開發出智能手機電池、應急電源甚至雲存儲等產品。伯克希爾公司連續多年坐擁寶潔公司股票所帶來的數十億美元收益，通過換股收購，巴菲特能將資本利得稅降至最低。

伯克希爾股價周五大跌2.6%，報21.9萬美元。道指收盤大跌1.8% 。

總部位於紐約、專注於投資特種工業、醫療保健和金融服務領域中等規模公司的私募股權公司Arsenal Capital Partners2008年2月21日完成對Charter Brokerage收購。Arsenal從Summit Park Partners和高級管理人員手中收購Charter。

DreamHunter If there are enough people every day willing to sell at newer and newer lows, then what can HS, CMY, CD and gang do to stem the tide?

Pray tell us.

They are in the mighty serious business of running a proper oil & gas company, for God's sake. Not pushing shares up or down.

And they did make a profit of RM24.6 mil from RM42.2 mil revenue for Q3, 2014. That is a profit margin of 58.2%. Name me a few PLC's which can beat that.

That the majority of players, short term players particularly, still chose to ignore the positives and prefer to layan the negatives, is that within the power of HS, CMY, CD and Co. to control?

國際原油價格跌跌不休，今日又再度向下探，紐約輕原油期貨價格每桶來到59美元，已經來到2009年的價格水位。富蘭克林證券投顧副總經理羅尤美表示，大跌的油價的確造成歐美能元股股價走疲，不過正因如此反而出現了投資機會，積極的投資人可以開始定期定額能源基金，穩健投資人則可以選擇加碼能源類股的區域型基金，或者挑選受惠低油價的股票，例如亞洲新興國家，特別是印度。

羅尤美指出，石油輸出國家OPEC之前宣布將不願意減少產量，讓已經疲軟的油價再受挫折，許多歐美能源股價嘩啦啦地走跌。不過根據國際貨幣基金預估，原油價格每走跌10%，就可以替全球貢獻0.2%的成長率，預期能源倚賴度高的美國和亞洲國家，以及消費和運輸類股可優先受惠。

美國、新興亞洲獲利 印度估受惠最大

現階段油價由今年高點大跌4成，這對非產油國家來說是相當大的優勢，德意志銀行就預估，受惠今年油價的下跌，將可以貢獻2015年美國家庭支出成長0.3%；另外石油進口國的亞洲，也可以因為成本減低，舒緩通膨的問題，經常帳赤字可望因此改善。

在美股投資上，羅尤美提到，低油價必須維持3-4個月以上，才會對消費貢獻有較大的顯現，不過加上月底的消費旺季，現階段首選側重消費、科技與生技醫療類股的美國股票型基金，分享美股屢創新高的旺季行情。

亞洲地區部分，走低的油價對泰國、韓國、香港，以及印度影響最大，其中石油進口大國印度長年受到通貨膨脹的環境所苦，但由於油價走跌，已經讓通膨趨緩，且經常帳赤字也有改善的跡象，再再顯漏出投資吸引力。

油價反彈速度快 可趁低定期定額步局

若看回能源產業，許多股票股價下修幅度相當大，這將使得許多企業為了存活，開始實施內部改革，或者進行企業整併，這對產業未來都是相當有利的。此外不少體質佳的能源股價也來到相當吸引人的位置，因此積極的投資人不妨趁現在定期定額能源基金，一旦有任何消息，油價反彈速度也是很迅速的，不過目前看來，可能還需要放一陣子。

對不想冒這麼大風險的投資人，羅尤美則是建議挑選全球，或者區域型基金，但是要去檢視該基金是否現在有加碼能源產業。透過分散風險，但是部分加碼基期低的能源類股，還是可以參與到未來油價回升的甜頭。預估長期油價還是會再70-80美元，不會一直處於現在這樣的低點。
