中国意外降息　美股衝新高　油价金价涨

（纽约22日讯）中国人民银行21日傍晚宣布降息，加入欧洲和日本刺激经济的行列，全球股市闻讯攀高，美国股市再创歷史新高，国际油价大涨逾2%，布伦特原油重登80美元，工业金属劲扬。

全球第2大石油消费国中国降息后，布伦特原油1月期货21日盘中大涨2.9%，至每桶81.61美元，是11月12號以来最高，稍后涨幅缩小，仍站稳80美元。西德州轻原油最多涨2.6%，报每桶77.83美元。

黄金现货价最高涨1.2%，至每安士1207.93美元，並维持在1200美元以上。由于中国是工业金属最大消费国，铜、铝劲扬逾1%；锌大涨近3%，创7月来最大涨幅。对中国消息敏感的货幣强力升值，澳元兑美元强升1%。

欧股劲力十足

全球股市上扬，欧股涨幅最亮眼，道琼欧盟Stoxx600指数大涨1.96%，德、法、西、意飆涨逾2%。美股3大指数盘初涨幅介于0.7%至0.9%，道琼工业指数和標普500指数再创盘中高峰。道琼工业指数终场上涨91.06点，或0.51%，收在17810.06点；標准普尔500指数上涨10.75点，或0.52%，收在2063.50点。以科技股为主的那斯达克指数上涨11.101点，或0.24%，收在4712.969点。

人民银行先前一直以选择性的货幣措施挹注经济，不过22日起基准的存放款利率都要调降，1年期放款利率降0.4%，至5.6%，1年期存款利率降0.25%，至2.75%。这是中国2012年7月以来首次降息，幅度虽然不大，却具象徵意义。

另欧洲央行（ECB）总裁德拉基21日表示，ECB將採取一切必要措施提振过低的通胀水平，可能扩大资產收购计划。
