只是暂时没有资金进而已。

HIBISCUS如季报再出，你会发现cksam的见解也是有理由。
别把这粒股的目标价放到太高，它除了营运成本，行政费也很高。
以去年12月的季报算，如果卖价和Up time 也一样，今年6月的EPS也一样。
年EPS将拉低，PE会去到更高。

以PE 10 来算， 这粒股价将拉低。
需要再评估过最后价格。

这粒股在赚钱的时候，不把赚来的钱派股息回馈股票持有人。
相反还以高于市价收购Neata Aluminium公司（应该是朋党公司），浪费股东的钱。
造成Goodwill（无形资产） 超高185m, 以这种情形判断Vivo管理层不可信。

净资产才32.7m,贷款高达（9.45m + 26.77m) 36.22m。已经贷款到最高境界了。
现金流动出现问题，还动用银行存款。赚的钱不够管理层花。
如果要与Seni合作开发Amanjaya project,估计还有跟股东要钱（发售附加股）。
vivo管理层，管理不当。

暂停Klang gateway与终止Sg.Besi合约，管理层解说估计原料与盈利将不受影响。
但是Inventories已经爆增至13.6m。以这种情形判断我依然认为Vivo管理层不可信。

你不难发现最近政府所发的工程都是以JV拿到的。
即是说你的部分你自己出本，跟CRCC无关。

Please observe the revenue of each quarter report, ask yourself "betul - betul ada billion project"?
Think yourself if billion project every quarter the revenue should what value?

Finally hope this stock will up and all investors earn money.

@kevin008, pls observe the latest 3 quarter reports, if still got 1 billion contract and divide by 24 months to complete, the average every quarter should have revenue 125 mil.
So Is this few quarter got any revenue more than 100 mils?

Moreover the latest QR revenue low, the company gave reason is because last year same quarter clear the backlog, Is that means same project but they boost up the speed and then claimed already? That means this company don't have billion project on hand.

Expected next quarter the revenue will continue drop.

More serious is next quarter will overwrite the last year large profit‘s quarter. The EPS will drop very serious.
