Its very easy. Why would people invest in Harta in 2020 January or 2019 December with 11 cents or 12 cents EPS and 50+,60+ PE?
Harta now share price even lower than that time but with 3+ billion more cash on hand.
To me it is a no brain buy for this kind of price.

If you are just looking at share price but never look at other metrics like EV/EBITDA, you are deserved to be makaned by others
