Management try to push up the share price, why?
High asset value with low share price = Target for takeover.
market value for symlife RM3xxmil. takeover symlife and then sell sg. loong land. end up you have symlife for FREE.

Taman Midah Tesco, Cheras, Who don't know this place? Symlife 10.6 acres or 42K square meter. MRT station is 150m away, how many condo can build on this land, and how much the land cost now. Everyday take MRT to KLCC work, shopping or stay at star residence and walk to KLCC, just my dream.
Sungnai Long Land = RM 1 per share.
Cheras Tesco Land = Free
All other Land = Free

bing, long time ago, who buy MKH is invest buy and keep, just like me. at than time no one sell low, you want to buy have to buy at my price therefor no volume. after the DBS research, contra player come-in. now you know why price down and down.

Property co. that can make a lot of money is those have low land cost. MKH land cost for Kajany/Semenyih about RM 9 psf. One South no more land to build, huayang major income from One south.

Tony, Huayang 2011-07 to 2013-03 sold all profit RM8K, MPCORP lost, plan to keep 1-2 year. wait for right timing to enter huayang. symlife wait for star resident next to KLCC and MRT.

Malaysian research firm HwangDBS Vickers has reported a positive response from potential American investors in Malaysian property, as the firm recently met 26 fund managers in six cities during a roadshow in the US.
The research firm said most of the fund managers found that the RM48 billion (US$15.7 billion) Mass Rapid Transit project would be a huge structural catalyst for the Kuala Lumpur real estate given the large multiplier effect.
“They concur that the major winners will be the owners of large landbank near interchanges with potential for high density mixed developments benefit from plot ratio expansion,” it said in a research note Monday.
It said fund managers have also heard about Malaysia’s Economic Transformation Programme (ETP).
The research house also said Malaysia was seen as a safe haven with lower policy risk, a young population, strong commodity-led economy and strengthening ringgit.

Compare to other property counter, symlife is under value, why? look at EPS. Because you sell down. I'm happy to buy at lower price.
