Y i beleived in glotec? Foundamental wise much more better and convincing agains others.. psc, gas reserve, close to malaysia to supply gas shortage to semenanjung, semenjung has regas to liqufied gas..its a good deal, petronas can be one of the buyer of its gass for its downstream like rapid project or domestic uses..

Is not easy to take oil from other country out there, that y, at beginning suma plans to acquire underperform oilfields which big players are not interested to invest based on their economic study. big olayers only come with big definition and big take home revenue rates and profit. Only new small player willing to invest in abandoned hi risk fields, low production with outdated ex soviet technologies. Btw its not easy to ask big players to go there and invest with less revenue n profit

Suma starts with small and to build up repo and trust among local, authority n gov there.That is what thwy call it economic and feasibility study which already cost them millions usd n foe future expansion program

It is local sentiment in x soviet countries saying that the oil is belong to their people. Big players just come and stealing their oil..they dont like it so much. I believe suma will performing well

My understanding, the pvt placememt is for busimess expansion especialy for feasibility and economic studies, meant for other fields acquisition which currently is underway.
Means, they had identified and overall economic studies is ongoing for another fields. Assuming they wannna to go in detail feasibility studi inclusive subsurface and reserve and facilities which require 3rd party and specific skills

Historically, sumatec is gud company either in downstream or upstream or brownfields and refinary. More over they have exp in overseas upstream and well operations.. they have complete track record so far, it indicates that...
