On behalf of the Board of Directors of Censof, KIBB wishes to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price at RM0.56 for the issuance of 12,722,500 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in Censof (“Shares”), representing up to approximately 3.37% of the issued and paid-up share capital of Censof as at 10 January 2014, to third party investors pursuant to the third tranche of the Private Placement.

For information purposes, the said issue price represents a discount of approximately 1.81% over the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of the Shares up to 10 January 2014 of RM0.5703.
