The share price surged after the released of annual report 2016.
Take a read of recent annual report, u will find out that the company have unbilled revenue of 40 million in 2017. The spike of share price is justifiable.

Less: Progressive Claims = (RM10 Million)
Remaining to claim in 2017= RM40 million
