Think again, if the audit issues can be easily solved by SD when market capitalization over RM6.0 Billion, now dropped to less RM1.8 Billion, still unsolved. Considered easy?

Wealth of Karim from billionaire to millionaire due to this audit issue… if easy solved, why not solve it?

This is not yesterday problem.. it’s a chronic problem for months. Just an audit issue, blew up and caused so many shareholders losses.

Filter out the noises, propaganda messages and think… gods gift to mankind.. we have a brain.. use it.

As it is, SD is a ship full of holes.

The whales aka investment/funds are leaving this counter. Sharks are circling in and retailers aka bilis are being brainwashed that this counter is fine and dandy.

Think before you invest … wise man always says this.

1) Matter blew up because KPMG refuse to acknowledge some transactions and recommended EY to be appointed as reviewer.
2) SD took 2 months to do this and at the behest of Bursa. Why need 2 months? In the end, KPMG got what they want, which is EY appointment. This is good news to KPMG.
3) KWSP left the house, once the biggies leave, stock price never recovers.
4) Karim forced to sell his stocks cheaply. He is the CEO and knows SD better than everyone else. Why sell cheaply? TOP up margin if everything is ok at SD.
5) INEDs resign, auditors fired, change of chairman. No matter how u view this, it’s bad corporate governance.

To day traders, SD is godsent playing ground.

For new investors, wait till audit issue is over.
