Last few days he sells market came down. Last night notify that he buys (convert PA) today go up.

He buys using other people name and don't declare that he is the real owner, it is illegal.

Say buy in his wife's name. They divorce she report, he goes to jail.

He buys in brother's name bro sell away and pocket the money, he cannot get back his money.

Liew is selling and buying (converting). Why no announcements to explain all these buying and selling?

BURSA should force him to give answers for the sake of transparency.

He can't sell 1 mother share and convert 2 PA shares to mother share. PA + 0.20 = 1 mother share (the cost of)

Mother share 0.33 = 0.33 (PA 0.13+0.20)

Director selling his shares to convert his PA could be it's cheaper to convert his PA then to sell his PA.

If that is the case he might as well comvert his PA. Rather than sell his PA.

But why don't he convert his PA and KEEP his shares?

Maybe he doesn't have so much spare cash to do that.

So it's either sell his shares and convert his PA or simply sell his PA.

Or if he's desperate for money, sell his shares and his PA.

Or maybe he borrowed money to support the company's share price and is now taking profits from the purchases.

Sell and pay back the loans he borrowed to buy.

You think Liew got too much money, he must sell his shares for 33¢ if he really thinks the company is worth RM 1?

How long you think insiders need to convert PA to mother shares?

Same day? Hours?

They can easily buy the PA, convert on the same day and sell immediately.

Maybe that's what Liew did.

That's why the significant difference between PA and mother shares disappear and tens to hundreds of millions went into somebody's pocket risk free.

I think no need to be paranoid. We are such small fries it's a waste of time for them to monitor what we say. They have much better ways to manipulate the market.

Bid volume huge. Offer volume much smaller. Still it comes down. It's like heavily manipulated.

I expected today to go up and tomorrow gap up.

After I see the compulsory notification that the Executive Director sold... OMG... I expected today to be a down day.

I'm betting it will be consolidating so only buy when it comes down.

This morning took some profits, not all.

Insider sell is never a good sign especially when they don't explain why they are selling.

You put yourself in the insider's shoe.

You have all the inside information. So good why you sell?

This is why the stock markets around the world, the rule is, insider buy or sell... must notify.

Otherwise it's insider trading. Insider trading can go to jail. Got notify, it's not insider trading.

I think the notification that came out last night that Liew selling scare many people.

Under normal circumstances, insider selling is a bad thing.

So without information, you look at charts, you look at technicals for clues. You do technical analysis.

Not that it's very accurate it's all you've got.

Wednesday, gap up and runaway.

After the first doji the end of the uptrend must be confirmed with a red down candle. No down candle means the uptrend is intact. Tomorrow should see a up green candle. Open low and close at the top, solid green candle.

This is so much better than syndicates pushing the price up. They push up, then you can expect them to push down. This way, with the company buying up it's own shares and then selling the shares for M&A... The share price goes up... it can't come back down.

The company bought up the PA cheap. Remember at one time the PA was selling at a steep discount to the ARBB mother share?

This would also explain the massive and relentless conversion of the PA warrants to the ARBB mother shares.

It was the company converting the PA shares.

Sell at 33¢ the company made huge profits.

Don't be surprised ARBB announce massive cash at hand at the next quarterly report.

PETALING JAYA: The correction in the technology sector, as evident from the heavy sell-off among technology darlings in the United States and Malaysia, is likely to be short-term in nature.

When ARBB down because tech stocks down. It means ARBB did not go down because it's a bad stock.

It's was consolidating around 25. Now it's consolidating around 35. Next time it will be consolidating around 45, then 55 then 65....

One glaring 2020 balance sheet item is low cash in hand. All these conversations of PA into shares will boosts ARBB cash position and make the company even stronger. In the meantime it will go up and down.

The big players, they can estimate how many "contra" volume there are and they will not buy at high prices from these contra players.

They will only put buy orders at a lower price. These contra players must sell. They don't have money to pay to hold on to the stock.

So why buy from them at higher price and let them make so much? Just put orders at a lower price and let them sell to you. They have to sell.
