The contract is current, and Minetech is responsible for the mining ore and waste including :-
- Drill and blast activities
- Load and haul activities
- Rehabilitation activities

Minetech is basically the main con for Selinsing mining project. Increase in gold price will encourage Monument to further invest in digging. 230m is only estimate value. Based on Minetech company size, this project alone already enough to eat, any extra will be bonus. As long as Abang manage well, it will be profitable even without another Abang help.

Minetech is mid-low size counter in bursa which the price chart can be easily manipulated. You are seeing what they wanted you to see. Chart only effective when your total purchase is way lower than average daily volume. You dont apply school theory on street business.
