SVI will buy 10% of Yong Tai shares in the open market. Not private placement. They told their members the good prospects of Yong Tai earnings in early 2018 when Impression Melaka opens.

Yong Tai has started to fly after the China parties subscription of the preference shares. Admiral Zheng He just landed at Impression City, Melaka. And the Chinese parties are chasing YongTai shares to the sky.

This morning Yong Tai dropped about 005. Is it for the adjustment for bonus of 10 give 1? When will we get the extra shares? Please enlighten.

And since then, it's a steady rise of Yong Tai shares. PTS PROPERTIES SDN BHD has developed The Pines Hotel, Jaya 99 in Melaka which houses AIA and the Prudential Insurance and many other multinational companies. They are now building Marriot Courtyard Hotel next to The Pines Hotel.

Heard that a very large investment by foreigners for commercial plots in Impression Melaka will be announce end of the week.

Pilling work of the 280M theatre is completed. Structures are coming up now. 2,000 seats are being fabricated and it is the only 360 degrees revolving seats in the world. Theatre operation in early 2018, expected net profit of RM60 from theatre alone. Impression Melaka is under Tourism National Key Results Area and is 100% tax exempted by government.
