brianklc, i you read the quarter result, it is stated there that it will be completed in the 2nd quarter. unless has lapsed then it is another matter. so for now there is no "delay".also, in submission documents to bursa, one of it require the company to tell bursa the estimated time frame for completion

no time frame for EGM but must be completed within 6 months once approved by bursa but can be extended as stated in mmlr

Since the acquisition will also require approval at the EGM, they might put the proposal of acquisition and bonus together and the circular into 1 which will take more time.

Correct. Need to submit to bursa for approval then call for EGM. However, even if sabah acquisition fail to materialise, need to give bonus issue as it is 2 separate matters. Bonus share comes from share premium.

Dont look the past date. look at the trend for announcement. bplant always do announcement mid week. so probably next week mid week.

it not the only company under endeavor. but so far the only listed co under endeavor.

Bplant use raine & horne with valuation of RM 760 million and dutaland use CH William Talhar with valuation of RM771 million. Looking at the dutaland announcement, the land very near to a KK-Sandakan road.
