How many vivo outstanding share? 3 billion! This is more than mrcb. How can "shark" or anyone can pushed the price? Neither of them can ('up nor down). Lets do a simple comparison.

Its strange that vivo decieded to terminate early since the contract still have around 2 years left.

But in the min time, the contractor still obligate to fullfield the safety of equipment and building material.

The project termination was due to coneff broke the contract obligation. Mostly will undergo an arbritrition since there is no litigation going on. According to PAM contract 2006 the contractor have the right to suspend the work and ask for compesation if the default on coneff ( the client)
