The Board of Directors of HE Group wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hexatech Engineering Sdn Bhd had on 30 January 2024 accepted a new work order from a manufacturer of semiconductor components in relation to a design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of low voltage power distribution system for a total contract value of RM34.79 million only.

During the case management of PSKIN’s Originating Summons (“OS”) on 6 January 2021 before the High Court, the High Court directed that: -



(a) a further case management be scheduled on 18 January 2021 to update the High Court on the status of affidavits and conduct of proceedings; and

(b) additional hearing dates in respect of the OS be fixed on 2 July 2021, 9 July 2021 and 1 September 2021.
