Remember beginning of this year...you shouted Doom day is coming.... You some more shouted the market crash was coming... You even said that you saved most of the cash waiting for market to crash soon....I was against it.... Now..after 6 months...what I saw is a trader asking people to buy while he is selling....

I also remember you saying that you are investing in this Evergreen for long term(hold for at least a year)... not just a few months...Oops..only 2~3 weeks later...you claim you sold already.... What a lier... You are just trader ..... I found a number of traders already... none is as bad as you.. ask people to buy when you are about to sell(after buying for just less than a few weeks, not even a month).

Management already indicated a stronger Q3 & Q4 ahead... just bought some shares recently.. will top up more if it drops some more...

that means they have work that at least will sustain them for 4-5 years assuming their yearly revenue is around 500-600million.

And this is the highest ROE construction company in Bursa. Net cash company (cash 139.8 mil, total LT + ST debt only 12+36mil...)

one of the most stable stocks with high dividends... even without any growth in revenue or profit, with such dividend payout.. it is worth to buy...

and for this year.. management indicated there will be a high single digit revenue growth in USD... now that USD keeps strengthening, for Q3 & Q4... we will see more revenue and profit in MYR currency... just buy and hold...

let's be conservative... assuming similar results (not better) for Q3 & Q4... it is about 9 sen + 9sen...
so total 27-30sen for 2018... this share is worth at least RM3.00 in long run... (if u use PE valuation)...

if you use EV/EBIT = 7 (not using PE as this is more accurate)... it derives higher than RM3.00 value due to the huge cash pile...

after Q3 is released.. i expect another round of selling.. the recent hike was probably goreng by some big crocodiles.. they probably already sold off to you guys now...

first - wood supply issue not fixed yet.. still at high side...
second - USD effect will not be seen now.. only by end of Q4 or early 2019...
third - by next week, the refurbishment of segamat MDF plant (relocated from masai) will only start full production in 2019...
fourth - i expect similar quarterly result for Q3... will only improve starting Q4 or Q1 2019...

to me, it is still too early to buy now... buy only early next year when all good things kick in...
