On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that all the Placees did not agree to extend the validity period of the Subscription Agreements for the Proposed Private Placement which expired on 24 December 2020. The Subscription Agreements shall therefore be deemed lapsed, ceased and terminated. Other than the refund of all subscription sum to all the Placees in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreements, neither party to the Subscription Agreements shall have any claim whatsoever against the other.
