Phoenix, as what Yusof said, someone is accumulating. Also with all MOUs signed, will take TIME to implement. If Citaglobal can assemble all these parts together, it will be very good for shareholders. For some ideas can look at Reneuco for some clues as its also a partner with Cita for the ECRL project. Think should be soon as the ECRL project needs to be delivered in a couple of years.
